George Beeler
I had the distint pleasure of spendng a couple of Thanksgivings in Crockett with Barbara and George at a mutual friends ranch n Crockett while he was batteling his cancer. George was very ill on both ocassions but he never gave into the discomfort he was suffering and was always gracious and had his amazing simle, plus being as happy as his situtation would allow. The world was a much sadder place when our friend left this world.
tribute by james g mayesGeorge was truly a PRINCE of a guy if there ever was one. He was the same friendly, down-to-earth, easy-to-be-around, caring person until the day he died. You could ask anyone from LaMarque to College Station to many miles around Crockett where he had his clinic, and everyone who met George had the same impression. We were blessed to know and be close to and to call George one of us.
